1. Mindful Breathing

How to Do It:

  • Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
  • Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breathing.
  • Inhale slowly through your nose, noticing how the air fills your lungs, then exhale slowly through your mouth.
  • Focus on the sensation of the breath entering and leaving your body. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breath.

Duration: 5–10 minutes.
