One Minute Mindfulness Exercises

1. Mindful Breathing
How to Do It:
- Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
- Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breathing.
- Inhale slowly through your nose, noticing how the air fills your lungs, then exhale slowly through your mouth.
- Focus on the sensation of the breath entering and leaving your body. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breath.
